SPC5L18A is a high-performance controller developed specifically for motor control and CNC power control. It uses a single cycle 52 kernel, embedded 16K byte Flash memory, 256 byte internal data memory and 1K byte external data memory. It integrates six NMOS Pre-driver, two LDOs, two high-speed operational amplifiers, four comparators, high-speed ADC and multiplication and division unit (MDU). At the same time, the built-in 16MHz high-precision oscillator, multiple general timers, UART, SPI and special timer T6L for motor control so that users can design such systems with maximum flexibility and minimum overall cost.
